Critical combat equipment
In response to requests from IDF commanders, Yakir procured and distributed to our warriors: advanced armor plates for superior protection against enemy fire and greater mobility; cutting-edge ballistic helmets; tactical combat vests. Far superior to IDF standard-issue gear, these upgrades save lifes.
Vital wartime accessories
Powerful head-mounted flashlights; combat canteens; knee protection; special adhesives to secure ammunition cartridges; enhanced, easy-release grenade pouches. In short supply, especially in reserve units, these provisions made our our young heroes into more effective fighters.
Gourmet in Gaza
In the treacherous battle zone, our troops subsisted on canned tuna, beans and corn. Yakir to the rescue! Exhausted soldiers were treated to grilled meats, Shabbat treats, and even an ice cream party! We partnered with miracle-working IDF logistics officers to facilitate the impossible for our heroes!
The Majdal Shams Massacre
On July 27th 2024 a Hezbollah rocket struck the Golan Heights Druze village of Majdal Shams killing 12 children who were playing soccer at the time, and injured dozens of others. Yakir has been there for the bereaved families and traumatized villagers since day one.Â
