Yakir Program Ticket Purchase Policy
 

By purchasing a ticket or registering for a program, event, activity, or initiative operated by Yakir through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
 

1. Ticket and Service Delivery
Upon successful completion of payment, the purchaser will receive a booking or registration confirmation by email at the email address provided during registration. The confirmation serves as proof of registration for the relevant program, event, activity, or session.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact and registration information when completing their purchase.
 

2. Age Requirement
Purchases through this website may only be made by persons 18 years of age or older.

A purchaser may purchase tickets or register on behalf of children or minors where participation by minors is permitted. Minors remain under the responsibility and supervision of their accompanying parent, guardian, group leader, or responsible adult, unless otherwise stated for a particular program.
 

3. Privacy and Communications Policy

Personal information provided during registration may be used by Yakir to process bookings, manage programs, communicate with participants, and share information about other Yakir programs, events, and initiatives that may be of interest.

Yakir will not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the website, process payments, or manage communications.

Participants may opt out of promotional communications at any time. Yakir takes reasonable measures to protect personal information.
 

4. Limitation of Liability
Yakir, its organizers, representatives, employees, volunteers, partners, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from use of the website, the registration or payment system, or participation in a Yakir program or event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Yakir is not responsible for problems resulting from incorrect information supplied by a purchaser or participant, technical issues outside its reasonable control, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights or liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
 

5. Cancellations and Refunds
All ticket purchases and paid registrations are final and non-refundable.

Once a booking or registration has been completed and payment has been made, no refund will be provided if the purchaser or participant is unable to attend, chooses not to attend, arrives late, or otherwise does not participate in the relevant program or event.

A refund will be issued only if Yakir cancels the program, event, activity, or scheduled session for which the purchaser registered. In such a case, the amount paid for the affected booking will be refunded to the original method of payment.
